• Technical data needed for booking security and reliability, such as request logs

Why we use your data (lawful basis)

• To provide and manage bookings (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) - contract).
• To send booking confirmations and service messages (contract / legitimate interests).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) - legal obligation).
• To store details on your device for faster future booking only if you opt in (consent).

Device storage / cookies

We may store data on your device, for example local storage, for site function. Where storage is not strictly necessary, we request your consent first. You can withdraw consent any time by clearing saved details.

Marketing

We do not send marketing emails or SMS without an appropriate legal basis under UK GDPR and PECR, such as consent or soft opt-in where applicable.

How long we keep data

• Booking and customer records: retained only as long as needed for operations, support, legal and tax requirements.
• Optional "remember my details" on your device: up to 30 days, unless removed earlier by you.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers needed to run bookings and communications, for example hosting, email and SMS providers, under appropriate data processing terms.

International transfers

If data is processed outside the UK, we use suitable safeguards required by UK data protection law.
